A Journey of Creativity and Engineering
My story began with art. Growing up in the post-Soviet era, painting was more than a hobby; it was my way of making sense of the world and finding my voice. In my twenties, I moved to Ireland, where I fell in love with spatial and interior design, learning how creativity could shape not just what we see, but how we live.
That same curiosity eventually pulled me into technology. I started small, teaching myself web development, and soon realised that engineering could be just as creative as art, only with different tools. Over time, my career grew from writing code to leading global engineering teams. Along the way, I discovered that leadership has its own artistry: it takes vision, empathy, and the ability to bring out the best in people.
Art, however, never left me. Nearly 20 years later, it still grounds me and fuels my imagination. The mix of artistry and engineering is who I am. I lead with curiosity, creativity, and care, always looking for ways to build teams, products, and experiences that make tomorrow brighter than today.
